My name is Joana, I'm from the Gondomar S. Cosme area. I worked for 2 years in cleaning, until I moved to another area full time. I recently returned to cleaning work.
I am a responsible, punctual, reliable and dedicated person, and I am very professional.
But I am also a kind and understanding person, and I always try to give my best so that people are happy with my work.
I love animals, so I have no problem working in homes that have pets, and if I need to take them out for walks, I have no problem with that either.
I speak Portuguese, which is my native language, but I also speak English.
I don't have a driving licence, at least not for now, although it is a goal of mine.
My hourly rate is €9.50. My availability can be either mornings or afternoons (except on Fridays and Saturdays, as I already have regular clients on those days, and Sundays are my day off).
I am a fair and honest person, so I am not here to deceive anyone. For example, if you ask me for X hours and I finish in less time, I will be the first to say so. But if I need more time, I will also be the first to call and check with the client whether that's alright, since it involves paying for an extra hour. I will not do this without the person's authorisation just to demand payment for an extra hour.
