About
My name is Luciana and I have been working in domestic service for 20 years, currently providing my services to families in Porto, a city I know well and where I feel at home. I offer a complete and thorough service that includes cleaning, laundry care, ironing, cooking, home organisation and grocery shopping, always with attention to detail and respect for each family's privacy. I speak Portuguese and English, which makes communication easier with different types of clients, and I am available for part-time work from Monday to Saturday, with flexible hours to be arranged. My greatest motivation is the trust that families have placed in me over the years, a result of my punctuality, discretion and dedication to every task I carry out.
