The family that makes the request. The candidate pays nothing for the identity check or the reference check. For the criminal record check, she obtains the certificate and pays the state fee (€5); the family pays only for Domestyca's service.
Yes. She is always told, and she decides whether to go ahead — nothing happens without her taking part. We recommend talking to her before you make the request, so it does not come as a surprise.
Only the badge on her profile, for example "Verified" or "References verified". Documents, referees' contact details and the full report are never public. That is also why the candidate benefits from the request: the badge stays on her profile.
They do not replace your own judgement. They confirm concrete facts (who she is, what former employers say), but the conversation, the interview and your own judgement remain essential.
You do not need to request that check again. Her profile shows the badge and goes straight to the reference check.
She receives the request and, on her phone, photographs an official ID document and takes a selfie to confirm it is her, through our verification partner. The result usually arrives within a few hours.
No. The document stays with the verification partner; the family and Domestyca only learn whether the check passed.
The request is closed and our team reviews the case to decide on the refund. You do not need to do anything.
She names three former employers. We contact all three at the same time, and as soon as two confirm, the check is complete. You receive a report on how long she worked, what tasks she did, how they rate her and whether they would hire her again.
